How it all began
Our expertise is deeply rooted in the industry. Stephan Brauer, co-founder of flextimeHUB, has many years of experience as a site manager in a plant construction and maintenance company. He knows the challenges of the industry first-hand as a traditional hirer. The idea for flextimeHUB came about through a chance encounter with Niko Kaul, a specialist in the digitalisation of company processes. Both quickly realised that their combined skills and expertise were exactly what was needed to make flextimeHUB a reality.

Unlike conventional personnel management software, which often only function as isolated solutions or are not very flexible, we offer a comprehensive solution. flextimeHUB is the first company in the DACH market to network the staff leasing industry in this way. We digitalise processes, offer employee management and connect hirers and lenders.
