of Flexhub IT Solutions GmbH,
Stubenwald-Allee 21a,

The following overview shows the costs incurred for each of the roles you fulfil. A distinction is made between the roles mentioned under points 1 and 2. This distinction is based on whether you purchase or require services and/or personnel or can provide them. Please note that the costs are only incurred when using the platform.
All prices quoted, unless otherwise stated, are due monthly and are automatically recorded by the platform.
1. personnel service provider/lender/contractor

2. hirer/borrower/client

Usage-based discounting
* The aforementioned flat rate decreases with increasing utilisation or working hours booked and invoiced via the platform on the basis of the recorded services from the previous month, of the personnel service provider/rental company/contractor, according to the following scale:

Example: In July, your leased employees worked 25,000 hours, which were recorded by the hirer companies. If you did not perform more than 2000 hours in the previous month, a lump sum of €25,000 is due for the work performed in July. In the following month, your employees work 32,000 hours. Due to the usage-dependent discount from the previous month, you receive a discount of 40% on the hours worked and therefore only pay a flat-rate placement fee of €18,000.
**FlexHUB IT Solutions GmbH reserves the right to adjust the prices for marketing purposes for new customers for a limited period of time. Unless otherwise stated, existing customers are not entitled to take advantage of the promotional prices or to participate in the promotions. **In the case of a unilateral request, the costs incurred are to be borne by the requester. If the digital signature of the contracts is requested by both contracting parties, the costs will be shared. Also due in the event of cancellation once signed by one of the contracting parties. If the contract is cancelled, the costs shall be borne by the contracting party initiating the cancellation.
