Our expertise is deeply rooted in the industry. Stephan Brauer, co-founder of flextimeHUB, has many years of experience as a site manager in a plant construction and maintenance company. He knows the challenges of the industry first-hand as a traditional hirer. The idea for flextimeHUB came about through a chance encounter with Niko Kaul, a specialist in the digitalisation of company processes.
